When to be seen

  1. Neck, back or joint pain

Pain in your neck, back, shoulders, hips or knees since the accident.

  2. Whiplash and pain that spreads

Pain, tingling or numbness that travels into an arm or a leg.

  3. Pain that hasn’t gone away

You’ve been to the ER or urgent care, but the pain is still there.

  4. Not improving with therapy

Physical therapy or other conservative care hasn’t been enough on its own.
