Back, neck and spine

  • Back, neck and shoulder pain

Ongoing or recurring pain in your back, neck or shoulders, evaluated with a full history, an exam and a review of your imaging.

  • Sciatica and pinched nerves

Pain, tingling or numbness that travels from the back into a leg, or from the neck into an arm.

Joints and muscles

  • Arthritis and chronic joint pain

Stiff, painful joints that limit walking, standing or daily tasks, with a plan aimed at getting movement back.

  • Muscle and soft tissue pain

Muscle pain, tight spots and tender points, often treated together with physical therapy and exercise.

Nerves and headaches

  • Migraines and chronic headaches

Frequent or long-lasting headaches that haven’t improved with the usual treatments.

  • Nerve pain and diabetic neuropathy

Burning, shooting or pins-and-needles pain, including neuropathy related to diabetes.

Injury and complex pain

  • Pain after an injury, surgery or car accident

Pain that hasn’t gone away after a fall, surgery or car accident, including whiplash and neck, back or joint pain.

  • Abdominal and pelvic pain

Ongoing pain in the abdomen or pelvis, evaluated together with your other doctors and your medical records.

  • Chronic pain that’s hard to manage

When your pain needs more time and options than a primary care visit allows, we take over your pain plan and keep your doctor updated.
