Family Nurse Practitioner, Pain Management
Nuzhat is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an MSN from Oakland University and more than a decade of combined nursing and advanced practice experience. She spent four years in interventional pain management, evaluating acute and chronic pain, developing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress. Her care emphasizes patient education and improved function.

Dr. Moosavi is board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and fellowship-trained in interventional pain. He completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. His clinical focus includes spine, musculoskeletal, joint and nerve-related pain, with experience in image-guided injections and other interventional treatments to support pain relief and improved function.
